About Malvern, AR - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Located in beautiful west-central Arkansas in the foothills of the Ouachita Mountains, Malvern is home to a population of more than 10,000 residents and is the county seat of Hot Springs County.

Malvern’s abundant supply of rich clay has earned it the moniker “Brick Capital of the World.” The city features several brick manufacturing companies and is home to ACME Brick, one of the nation’s largest producers of brick and masonry products.

Long hot summers and mild cool winters provide Malvern with perfect weather for taking advantage of year-round outdoor sports and recreation. The city is located just fifteen miles east of Lake Catherine State Park, a 2,000-acre plus recreational park that features cabins, campgrounds, hiking and biking trails, and a nature center offering interactive programs and exhibits. The park is home to Lake Catherine, one of the state’s five Diamond Lakes that is popular with anglers who come from miles around to fish for largemouth bass, crappie, catfish, and walleye. The lake also boasts a rainbow trout fishery in the waters directly beneath Remmel Dam.

Other popular recreation sites include Rockport Ledge, a whitewater playground situated on the Ouachita River just below Remmel Dam that is popular with paddlers and whitewater enthusiasts, and Jenkins Ferry State Park, site of the Battle of Jenkins Ferry and a designated national historic landmark that features swimming, picnicking, and a boat launch on the Saline River.

Malvern is home to Brickfest, a popular festival held the last weekend in June commemorating the city’s history in brick manufacturing. The festival features live music, games, local arts and crafts, and fun activities that include a brick toss and best-dressed brick contest. The city also hosts the annual Hot Springs County Fair, a weeklong event held each September at the Hot Springs County Fairgrounds that features competition rodeo, carnival rides, livestock exhibits, live entertainment, and more.

Situated on Interstate 30, approximately midway between Little Rock and Arkadelphia, Malvern is a great place to experience the best of west-central Arkansas!
